My Name is Coach Cook. I have been coaching football in Flushing for 15 years. I have been a teacher in Flushing for 17 years. I have been married for 14 years to my wife Heather, we have two children, Caige(11), and Cannen(8). I been passionate toward football, coming from my days playing high school ball, to where I am now. I look forward to coaching along side all the high school coaches.

Hello Everyone, My name is Lance Hamilton and I am a Physics Teacher at FHS. I've been teaching for 18 years and I have coached football for 10 of those years. I played college football at Adrian College and after graduation started coaching and teaching in Ohio where I was Varsity DB coach. I moved from there to Bellevue where I was Varsity OC and DC.
