Bears, I need every player that got in on Special Teams and Defense to send me their grading observations by noon tomorrow (Sunday). Many of you did not do it the last time I asked so please get it done so you wont get any motivators on Monday. Write down every play number you were in and give yourself a plus if you did everything correct and a minus if you did not then divide the number of positive plays by the total plays you were in and that is your percentage. I also want you to tell me in description what you did right or wrong and what you should have done. Email me your word document with all this info.
