Hello Golden Bear Family, I am checking in with all as we are all kind of all over the place right now. I hope all are enjoying their early summer but are still getting prepared for the upcoming season. I am putting a list below here for you to check and make sure you are on it as well as let me know if anyone is no longer playing so I can remove the name. We have lots of stuff coming up and we need to get rolling on it ASAP. I am popping in the weight room from time to time to see how everyone is doing. Many of the upper classmen are missing workouts and I don't have reasons why you are not there. Remember after the fact excuses are possible reasons to be fired so make sure you are planning accordingly. I don't see many videos of those working out who cant make workouts due to vacationing so please do so every time.
