Bears, I want to congratulate all of you that came to practice yesterday. You all did a great job and I feel we are going to have great seasons at all 3 levels. For those of you that didn't show up yesterday I hope you understand the importance of team, using every opportunity and day to better yourself. By the end of this week I will have to drop the players that have not been showing up and have not given me their reason for absence. Lets have another great day today. I Love you all. Espo
