Hello, I'm Coach Cook. I'm married with 2 children (daughter/son), and the 2022 football season will be my 2nd as the head football coach for Farmville Central High School, and my 21st season coaching overall. I've been coaching since 2002, right after graduating from The University of Delaware and after playing at Virginia Tech from 1997 to 2000. I've got 6 years of experience coaching at the collegiate level early in my career. At the high school level I've coached many players that have been blessed to move on to play college football. I love winning games and hate losing, but my #1 goal is, and has always been, to teach young boys how to become great young men in our communities. No win could ever replace the feeling of pride and gratitude I receive when a player I've coached has a family of his own, a working career, and a positive impact on the people and community around him.
