Vanden High graduate Class of 1978 have been coaching football since 2006 to present. Head track coach since 1988 to present have green and gold in my blood love to coach these young men giving them life lesson in sports that they will carry with them for life. Proud to be a Viking for life GO VIKES!!

IT TAKES A VILLAGE...I LOVE HELPING YOUNG MEN GET READY FOR LIFE...THROUGH CONSTANT LOVE AND GUIDANCE AND A WHOLE LOT OF RUNNING, PUSHING, JUMPING, and PULLING until WE reach the finish line and THEN DO IT AGAIN FASTER AND HARDER!!!! LET GO..GET UP AND GET MOVING, LEAVE YOUR EXCUSES AT HOME AND JUST SHOW UP!!!! ALL♥️
