**ALL ITEMS MUST BE WASHED**

Items to be returned⬇️

*Helmets

*Shoulder pads

*Helmet Guardians

*Blue and White Game day Jersey's

*3 Game Day Pants Columbia Blue, White and Navy

*Practice Pants

*Belts

*All pads for pants (thigh, hip, knee, tail bone)

*Any non washed items will be sent back with your player and marked lost until returned clean.

*If missing items, please send a check with your athlete for the amount listed on the sheet attached

*Any padding that has been cut/altered will be marked as damaged and player will be charged full price as listed on equipment sheet. Any additional items that player is in possession of needs to be returned or player will be charged for the item.

*Any jerseys that are being kept by players must be paid for at equipment turn in.

*Personal Helmets:  Please write with a SHARPIE your son’s name inside the helmet before turning it in

*If any extra items were checked out ALL items need to be returned

Any items NOT RETURNED ON Wednesday you will be charged and owed on Wednesday by Check or Venmo made out to

“Saugus Gridiron Booster Club”
