Here is my bio you are more then welcome to shorten if need be 😁 I started coaching in 2005 for both Youth hockey & soccer. During that time I was the field coordinator, President for Somerville Youth Soccer League and coached from U4-U18 . I was also the Youth Hockey Coaching Director and coached for mites & squirts. I was a member of the Recreation Commission for the City of Somerville. I was the rink manager at the Veterans Memorial Rink. I was the Girls Varsity Head Coach at Prospect Hill Academy. I ran Toddler, Youth and club programs for both hockey and soccer in several New England Cities. I’m a Unified Sports Soccer Coach for the Special Olympics Massachusetts & Top Soccer. I am a Behavioral Health Disaster Responder for the Psychological First Aid Team for the Department of a Mental Health. I was a Religious Education Teacher for 10 years for both Middle & High School students. I hold a coaching certifications in Adaptive Sports, Strength & Conditioning, Fitness and Soccer Conditioning, Sports Nutrition, NSCAA Goal Keeping & Futsal certification I have a Master Degree in Business Management from Lesley University, a Bachelors of Science in Sociology Philosophy and a certification in Criminology and Law from Suffolk University and a Substitute Teaching Sub Skills and Sub Assessment Certification from Utah State University. As a coach my goal is to modify training sessions for all athletic developments. My coaching philosophy is to cultivate a motivating and challenging atmosphere where all athletes will not only learn the skills of the sport but also develop the necessary traits to be successful in their own lives.
