Hey Players and Parents, My name is Tim Fair and I am so excited to coach our team this year. Austin Fair is my son and on our team. I’m married to Erin(Thielen) Fair and we have two other children, Parker(10) and Julia(5). I work for Winn Telecom as their Field Tech Supervisor and am also an Infantry Squad Leader in the Michigan National Guard. My coaching philosophy is simple. I want the boys to have fun, play hard and learn each time we are together. We have a great group of players and I look forward to working with them all and hope this is the start to some life long friendships with our players. See you on the field!
