Brian Eisenberg, Co-Director of So Cal Express Girl's Lacrosse, brings experience and passion to the organization. Eisenberg enters the 2021 with several positions in the local lacrosse community. Coach Brian returns as the Assistant Coach for Pomona Pitzer Colleges NCAA DIII program for his 4th season! Coach Brian also is entering his 1st year as the JSerra High School Head Coach after 8 seasons with Esperanza High School Girl's Varsity Lacrosse as their Head Coach. Additionally, Coach Brian continues to build the NOC (North Orange County) Lacrosse organization. As the founder, in 2012, the 501c3 Non-Profit Organization has continued to expand, growing girl's lacrosse in the broader Orange County area. Eisenberg was the first coach for the Chapman University Panthers, leading that team to a winning record in the inaugural year of women’s lacrosse at Chapman which earned him Western Women’s Lacrosse League (WWLL) Division II Coach of the Year honors in 2009. In 2011, Eisenberg’s third season as head coach, the team went undefeated (17 – 0) to win Division II regional (WWLL) and national (WCLA) championships which earned him 2011 Coach of the Year for both the WWLL and WCLA Division II. The Panthers moved to Division I club for the 2012 season, where they finished second in the region (WWLL) and 12th nationally (WCLA). In spring 2013, the Panthers joined the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) and competed at the NCAA Division III level, where they finished 14 – 5 and second in the conference, just missing the NCAA playoffs. In spring 2014, the panthers suffered some early season ending injuries to key players and ended up with their first sub .500 season. In the spring of 2012, Eisenberg spent one season with El Dorado HS, where he helped the team reach playoffs for the first time in the program’s history, making it to the second round. Eisenberg’s coaching experience started from the men’s side of the game, but quickly took to the intricacies of the women’s game. In addition to coaching, Eisenberg has also had the opportunity to work as a team manager with two local professional lacrosse teams, the Anaheim Storm 2004 – 05 (indoor) and the L.A. Riptide 2006 – 08 (outdoor). Eisenberg, a Type 1 (Juvenile) Diabetic, from Baltimore, Md., did not let that hold him back from playing sports. A three-sport athlete in high school (ice hockey, soccer and lacrosse), he played both men’s soccer and lacrosse at Chapman, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in May, 1999. Eisenberg recently earned his Masters of Arts in Leadership Development at Chapman University in December 2015.
