Marcus Abbott is currently a Strength & conditioning/Offensive Line coach based out of Seattle Washington. Marcus’s passion for football began in Port Arthur Texas. After a successful High school football career Marcus did not possess the grades to earn a scholarship so he took his talents to the military as Military Police . In 5 years Marcus Deployed to Afghanistan earning medals such Combat Action Badge,Purple Heart, good conduct medal, NATO ribbon, and Afghan campaign medal. After his military service Marcus went back to his passion and played Div1 college football for Lamar University. Since leaving the program Marcus has now joined GSA & focused his passion on coaching and mentoring athletes on the High school College and Professional levels.

8 year community college DL/LB Coach Played both juco and at the 4 year level. BS Degree in Kinesiology and minor in teacher Ed. 3 time champion at the juco level.
