Ok Bears, so we have lifting starting tomorrow every day 8am to 10am and 6pm to 8pm. Fridays are only morning lifts. If you signed up for Speed and Agility then those workouts ar Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am at Redhawk Park right next to dog park. I have only heard back from a handful of players that will miss this weeks workouts in weightroom so the attendance should be 100% everyone else. There will be roll every workout. There will be a Summer Invite List by July 1. Anyone not on the list will be dropped from roster and not invited to Summer Workouts and therefore not playing this fall. ACCOUNTABILITY is everything.

All players should be signed up for summer online camp program. Only those taking a summer school class at TV or have cleared with me already are excused from signing up officially but still be held accountable for all the sessions we will be doing in July. Friday June 10th, this coming Friday, is drop dead deadline to sign up for the 6 week online camp. Flyer with instructions are in previous messages.
