Ok Bears the following athletes are not enrolled due to proof of residency issues. I have also attached the info to go and take care of this. The other list of names are of guys that are good to go. If you are not on either of these lists then you need to sign up by friday. I have only had a handful of athletes actually contact me with info as I had requested as to why they couldn't sign up and that is fine. The rest of you that are not on these lists are supposed to have either signed up or told me why you couldn't as of 2 weeks ago. Please be diligent in the responsibilities we are requesting as a member of our program. This needs to be taken care of by Friday at the latest, Thanks.

A valid Proof of Residence has:

1) Matches Student's address listed on registration form.

2) Has the name of the parent/guardian listed on the registration form.

3) Shows a date that is within the past three months.
