Vision Statement Influential leaders that inspire our community as well as in the realm of athletics; and be the most comprehensive and successful football program in the State of Washington. Coaching Philosophy As a young athlete, I was drawn to football not just as a sport, but as a way of life. The values and experiences that the game imparted have had a profound and lasting impact on me, and I am passionate about passing that legacy on to the next generation. As a coach, I am committed to creating an environment where our football program is not just about winning games, but about instilling the core values that will serve our athletes well throughout their lives. Our staff is dedicated to making every practice and game fun, rewarding, and competitive, and we firmly believe that the effort you put in is what you will get out. We expect our players to embody the qualities of hard work, dedication, commitment, and sacrifice, both on and off the field. We celebrate all successes as a team, and we work together as a team, recognizing that every athlete is a vital part of the program. It is my honor to be part of this incredible journey with these young athletes, and I am committed to helping them achieve their full potential both on and off the field.
