The 2022 season will be the third for Mike Rybicki at the helm of the Freeland High softball program. The 2021 campaign saw the lady Falcons go thru a total rebuilding process with no returning starters. Rybicki guided the rebuild year to 4th in the conference despite having zero varsity experience returning. The team achieved Academic AllState as a unit. “This young team grew together and gained valuable varsity experience for years to come”. Rybicki brings over 20 years of coaching experience from youth thru collegiate level, including summer world series berths. “I feel blessed to lead this program and the girls associated in it. These student athletes along with the new freshman will make this season fun to coach and watch”.
