Fellas:

It is very important that we are drinking plenty of fluids! Water, Gatorade and or Powerade! The key to staying safe is making sure we are all properly hydrated! The goal needs to be 1 gallon of water or more per day! It is going to be very hot this week and we will be on the turf! The temperature is expected to be over 100 degrees Today and Tuesday! 1 gallon of water a day! I do not mean sit there and drink a gallon at one time! Before you come to practice you should ask yourself did I drink at least a gallon of water! We will have water and plenty of breaks during practice! We just need to make sure we are taking care of our bodies!! See you all tomorrow!!
