Coach Viron “Vee” Wildy is a Certified Speed Coach in Los Angeles and Orange Counties in Southern California. Coach Vee is certified by Nike Speed Coach Rick Hagedorn who is a Certified the Nike Sparq Trainer. Coach Vee is re-certified annually which keeps him current on all new technique that helps athletes body and quick twitch muscles perform more consistently. The goals are to prepare the entire body mentally and physically to assist in speeding up the athlete’s quick twitch muscles. And the most important part is to keep the quick twitch muscles firing as fast possible for long periods of time with the same speed. FAST!!
