I hope everyone is enjoying the time off and Summer! Friendly reminder for all players to do their prep work starting this week and each week moving forward till season start. Each player should be:
~Running two 7 minute miles 3x’s a week.
~Ball work; juggling, skills and shooting if able to.
~50 Sit-ups, 25 push-ups daily

Pre-season officially starts July 16 and all players should be prepared for the training schedule. Ensure all players have plenty of water, shin guards and running shoes to all training sessions.
