My name is Lauren Leonardo and I am the Girls Volleyball Head Coach at Buhach Colony High School. This is my first year with the girls, but my 13th year coaching volleyball. I am looking forward to an exciting season and thank you for your support in making this season memorable!999 From the time I was a little girl, all I wanted was to be a teacher and coach. I was an athlete from as far back as I can remember, playing 4 sports in Junior High and 3 sports in High School. I continued my volleyball career at Merced College, receiving a partial scholarship offer to continue my last 2-years. Although I decided to end my volleyball career after the JC, I immediately went back to my alumni (Buhach) to start coaching. I am extremely passionate about coaching, but the truth is that I teach these kids more than just volleyball. I strive to ensure that they are putting their academics first, being a good student body, and being kind and respectful humans. We thank you for your support and hope to see you at our games!
