I have been honored to be the Varsity Sideline & Competitive Head Cheer Coach at Gaylord High School since 2017. Our program prides itself on successfully creating a culture of positive mindset. Our mission is to mold female athletes into strong, fierce leaders in our schools & community and to teach them to be accountable by having integrity, tenacity and grit. I serve on the Competitive Cheer Coaches Association of Michigan executive board as the Technology Director. I have been a CCCAM member since 2017 and I enjoy being a part of a community of like minded coaches who are all striving for the same common goal- to empower strong student athletes! Outside of coaching cheer I am a former nurse, a health coach, and a substitute teacher as well as a wife and mother.

I have been working with the Gaylord High Cheer teams for 7 years. In high school I cheered Gaylord. I have also coached youth and middle school levels of cheer. I work full-time for McLaren Northern Michigan. My significant other, Tim, and I live in Gaylord with our two children Brayden and Olivia who are both Juniors at Gaylord High School. We also have two dogs, a black lab named Ford and Golden Retriever named Kota.

Hello! I’m coach Rileigh and I can’t wait to see you all this season! I’m a GHS alumni cheerleader, and cheer has always been a huge passion of mine! Currently I’m a cosmetology student at Kirtland in Grayling, where I plan to specialize in skincare and eyelashes! I live in Gaylord with my amazing husband Ryan! I’m so excited to help coach this season!
