Steve Sibiski. Defense Coordinator for the Vista High Freshman Football team. I have been coaching youth football for 12 years. 11 of those years with Vista Pop Warner. I have 20 years of youth sports coaching experience total as I have also coached baseball and wrestling. I have also invested times into getting my Level 1 USA Track and Field certifications. My goal is to help our Freshmen achieve their athletic goals and develop an internal drive to take ownership of their situation and control the outcome. I want to help them build the foundation to become a good leader, for themselves, for their team, for their friends, family, and their community. And to help them develop the tools they will need to be successful in their future endeavors both on and/or off the field.

I’m currently serving as a United States Marine on Camp Pendleton. I’m the Defensive Backs coach and specialize on improving the Quarterbacks and Wide Receivers. Experience playing football my whole life and while serving in the military.
