About Us

The Shelton High School Field Hockey Program transitioned from a club team to a varsity sport in the Fall of 2016. The program has a varsity and junior varsity team. Coach Maloney came on board as an assistant in 2018. This is Coach Maloney's second year as head coach and the team notched his first win last year on September 21, 2021. In 2019, Shelton graduated its first class of field hockey players when it posted a record-setting mark of 2-11-3. The teams are looking to capitalize on their success last year.
