Jose Esparza begins his 3rd year as head coach of CDA slammers Fc Hb boys, for season 2014-2017 also his first year as head coach for ECNL 04 boys team season 2017-2018. Jose Esparza graduated in 2002 from Mayfair High School, We're he played four years varsity , and also played for Atlante Primera A And Second division. Coaching experience for Jose Began with Chivas USA in September 2005-2014. He was coach for the Chivas USA for 8 years 5 months. He was part of the chivas usa development academy, assisting the u16 and u18 development teams . In 2014 he got a chance to work aside of the first team at Chivas USA. He also recruited the most talented from Los Angeles area and Orange County to be part of Chivas usa. Esparza was part of the coaching staff of OC Pateadores and Fullerton Rangers for NPLS league were the team competed in the usa open cup . He also coach several community colleges were he begins his 3rd year as assistant coach at Cerritos College in Norwalk, CA . Before Cerritos college Jose coached at Long Beach City College in Long Beach, From may 2010-2014 were he have recruited students from different high school soccer teams and given them the opportunity to attend college and continue on with their education. By doing this, Esparza has helped students attend well known universities in California and out of the state or country with full ride scholarships and contracts. He also coach at mayfair high school in Lakewood Ca for 2 years . Then he took over cal high high school in Whittier California for season 2013-2014 Esparza also works for Xolos de Tijuana as one of the scouts for the Los Angeles area sending players to Xolos de Tijuana a Mexican profesional Club helping players find there profesional dream .
