Grad of Bedford High School; class of 1976; Graduated from Lafayette College in 1980 with a degree in Economics. Taught JH social studies at Claysburg-Kimmel,(2 yrs) & Bedford Middle School (7 yrs) before moving into an administrative position at Bedford Middle School in 1990. Graduate studies included coursework Mansfield University, St. Francis College, Frostburg St, & IUP. Became Ass't principal @ Bedford HS in 1997, principal at Bedford Middle Schools in 2002, principal @ Chestnut Ridge Middle School in 2007 & principal at Chestnut High School in 2103. Retired iafter 39 years in education in 2020. Ass't football coach for 9 yrs; Head Football Coach @ Bedford 1990-2002 (13 yrs) and Chestnut Ridge HS 2008 - present (16 yrs) . Married to Nancy (Zimmerman) for 42 yrs. 3 Children: Casey, Chad , & Mollie & 3 grandchildren: Will - 8; Archie -6 & Max - 4.
