I have worked with the Waterford Mott Softball program for the past Ten years. I spent 2 years as the Softball Booster President where we were able to implement over $20,000 worth of field improvements. During my tenure as the Booster President I worked closely with the Athletic Director and the District Director of facilities. Our partnership included Bid meetings, several email & phone conversations on the improvement efforts and the role of the Booster Organization. I have spent the last 9 seasons in a coaching capacity at Waterford Mott, One as the Freshman Head coach, Two seasons as the Head Coach for Junior Varsity Team and the past 6 years as Varsity Head Coach. As a Fifteen Year Veteran coach, I have worked with young boys & girls from ages 5 up to 18 in Baseball and Fast-pitch Softball. Over my career of 9 years in Travel softball I have had the pleasure to work with several players who are playing at the next level in Junior College and Division II & III schools. Along with my coaching duties, I am a 18 Year ASA Certified Umpire in the State of Michigan, working with several Oakland County Parks & Recreation departments.

Varsity first base starter for Waterford Mott four years, started coaching in 2015
