Coach Toni is in the first year of jumpstarting the San Ysidro Girls Flag Football program. After years of coaching on the boys side, Coach is making the transition over. Coach will also assist with the Girls soccer team and is also the Track & Field Co-Head Coach. An alumni of San Ysidro High School, Army Veteran and Educator, Coach is excited to get this new sport rolling.

Hi everyone, my name is Adrian Rodriguez and I am the Head Coach of The San Ysidro Girls Lacrosse Team. We started this program in 2018 in hopes on developing a good character and hard working Team. Last year 2023 we earned The San Diego CIF DIV III Runners Up. With all the hard work and dedication, this year we were crowned The 2024 San Diego CIF DIV III Girls Lacrosse Champions. We are currently launching this campaign in order to raise funds for our Team Rings. Anything helps, thank you in advance for your support. Go Cougars!!!
