The password to your email account is not necessarily the same one that you use to sign into blastathletics.com. Double-check that you have the right information.

Go to gmail.com and sign in with your email and password

iOS (iPhone, iPad)

  1. Use the gmail app and sign in with your email and password
  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Go To "Passwords & Accounts"
  3. Select "Add Account"
  4. Select "Google"
  5. Sign in with your email and password

Android

  1. Use the gmail app and sign in with your email and password

Setup Your @blastathletics.com Email Account

If you haven't received your account information, get in touch with the person who trained you.

If you run into trouble setting up your email on your phone, first try signing into your account via webmail. This will confirm that you're got the right username and password. If the password doesn't work, contact us.

Webmail

Go to https://mail.outlook2go.com. Your username is your email address.

iOS (iPhone, iPad)

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Go To "Passwords & Accounts"
  3. Select "Add Account"
  4. Select "Exchange"
  5. Enter your email address and select "Next"
  6. Select "Manually Configure"
  7. Enter your email password and select "Next"
  8. Make sure the fields are filled out as below:
    Email

    mail.outlook2go.com
    Domain
    leave this blank
    Username
    your email address
    Password
    your password

Android 4.4

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Under "Accounts" go to "Add account"
  3. Select "Add Account"
  4. Choose from "Exchange", "Microsoft Exchange Activesync"​​, or "Microsoft Exchange". With the phone we have, "Exchange" will use the Gmail app while "Microsoft Exchange" will use the built-in Email app.
  5. Enter your email address and password
  6. If autodetection fails, try these parameters:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Under "Personal", go to "Accounts & Sync"
  3. Select "Add Account"
