Great doubles play today by Sophie and Elise

Slow start for these 2 today, but, hammered the next 2 opponents, easily...receiving #1 seed in Trinity league as sophomores is AWESOME!

Gave up only 1 game today, 18- 1 game count!

Sophia with Elise continue to sweep though the Trinity League doubles teams with relative ease. Their intensity is unmatched. Victories of 4, 2 and oh today! Great job!

This duo was spectacular today in a clean sweep. Two of their sets were "come-from-behind", one, a closely fought tiebreaker. This sweep will be discussed at the league seeding meeting [should we be able to play].

Great doubles...huge upset of South Pasadena's # 1 team after our #1 and #2 teams suffered losses to them.

Opened up with win at #3 doubles, which effectively sealed the deal today in round one as our singles team was on their way to a historic 54 game shutout! Came from behind to upset OLu's #1 team, playing in line #2 today. All 3 doubles teams were pulled in round 3 for subs.

100% 'er. Only player who won three today [because she was not pulled for subs] Her sister, Hailey is MVP too !

Another freshman phenom, come from behind, 1-4 to take doubles set 6-4!

Sophia was consistent as usual with some great net play, approach shots and volleys, which the coaches love! Her 3rd set match, which we also needed was a 6-4 victory over Sage #1 player.

Sophie played very well this afternoon, winning 2 of 3 sets played. Her opening round win vs SM’s #2, was the longest lasting set of the match - in 95• weather - both girls battled well.

Sophia likewise swept ALL 3 SETS of singles this afternoon, for the first time this season....just in time for our Trinity League opener next week vs Santa Margarita. She played their #1 player in the 3rd and final round, won 6-2 with untiring footwork and stamina. Good comments from their coach on your style of play today.
