Simi Valley, CA — It was all Newbury in game 4 of the Simi Tourney. The Chargers jumped out in the first inning loading the bases but couldn't find a way to drive in a run. It stayed quiet for the Chargers after that untilI the last inning when Alyssa Anderson drove in Hannah August to keep the Panthers from blanking the Chargers.

Simi Valley, CA — The Chargers came out strong in the start of this game scoring 4 runs in the second inning to get a comfortable lead. The Charger bats got quiet after that and Kennedy's heated up. For the Chargers Abby Lockmann lead the way batting .667 in the game and a team high 2 RBI. Natalie Mallas and Lilyann Locke had the other two RBI.

Agoura, CA — The Chargers fought hard but couldn’t over come some costly mistakes . In the second inning Agoura opened up the scoring by loading the bases for Sami Tagawa who cleared them missing a grand slam by inches off the top of the fence. 3 Runs scored on the triple followed by Lilyann Locke sneak bunting Sami in the next at bat. Rachel Fox has a great at bat and drove in a run as well to put the score at 5-0.

Simi Valley, CA — The Chargers went in to game 2 of the Simi tourney undefeated and came out the same way taking down Dos Pueblos 4-2 in a hard fought game.

Simi Valley, CA — The Charger bats have been red hot and that didn’t change in this one vs Banning. Another amazing performance in the pitching circle by the tag team duo of Briggs and Gonzalez! The two aces only allowed 2 hits and combined for 12 Strike outs.

Valencia, CA — The ladies did it again! Went on the road and took a victory from the home team. This time Valencia. The entire team hit well today putting the ball in play via bunt, slap and homerun!! Hannah August hit a solo HR and a double, Adriana Gonzalez, Rachel Fox, Payton Houston Sam Tagawa and Abby Lockmann all had two hits each. Defensively both Dylan Briggs and Adriana pitched a great game with 7 strikeouts between them. The Chargers start the Simi Tourney this Saturday playing Banning High at 9am and Dos Pueblos at 11am. Go get em and keep up the good work!!

Thousand Oaks, CA — It was a hard fought game today. The girls never gave up and found a way to win in the end. Going into the 7th inning we had a 0-0 game. Adriana Gonzalez who pitched a complete 10 strike out game helped her own cause with a 2 run homerun in the top of the 7th to break up the scoreless battle. Hannah August had two big hits in the game as did Rachel Fox and Lilyann Locke. It was a complete team effort and the girls believed in themselves and their teammates. Keep it up. 2-0 !!

Newbury Park, CA — Alyssa Anderson went 2 for 4 with a double and two RBIs, Hannah August finished 2 for 4 with a double and an RBI, Lillyanne Locke was 3 for 4, Abby Lockmann went 2 for 3 with a double, and Adriana Gonzalez struck out 12 in 6.2 innings to lead Agoura to a 5-3 victory over Newbury Park.
