Maize, KS — What an incredible season! These Mavericks won the swimming at League, took 2nd overall, and finished with a third place at KSHAA State setting a new record in the 200 freestyle relay.

Mavericks - WIN SWIMMING, but take 2nd overall at League!

Wichita, KS — The Mavericks WON the swimming events, unfortunately the Derby's lead in diving could not be overcome. The second place finish was hard fought by the whole team and included sweeping ALL the relays, eight gold medals and two new Maverick School Records!

Wichita, KS — Mavericks Win!!! Maize South swimmers beat 16 other teams at the NorthWest Boys Invitational swim meet. The win was definitely a team effort with points coming from many fantastic swims.

Mavericks Win the OneMaize Swim Meet!!!

Wichita, KS — The boys ARE KILLING IT! They’re working hard in practice and it showed this weekend in some great times and a ton of medals. MAVERICKS WIN!!! Congrats to all our swimmers!! This was a hard fought battle that came down to the final relay race's points to decide. Mavericks beat Andover by five points.
