Mikey won all 3 sets, including a 6-0 win over their top player in round #3, and losing only 1 game. Mikey completed the lop-sided dominance on the singles side of the “draw” this afternoon, giving us a 9-0 sweep.

Mikey Junge defeated a very fast serving #4 player from University to give us set #2 win. With some good defense, Mikey counter-punched, finding ways to move his opponent around and win the important points. Heard his opponent discussing with his coach, that Mikey won all the “no ad” sudden death points. That’s huge!

Mikey had a very strong comeback 7-5 win in the opening round vs El Toro’s #2 player, who played a similar style, never give up, game of tennis. After an EZ 2nd round 6-0 win, Mikey took on their top player and beat him 6-2.
