Bombers fall to top seed Marlboro in state tournament
Marlboro, NJ — The Bombers were eliminated from the state tournament by the number 1 seed Marlboro. Marlboro coming off a shore conference championship took the early lead and did not look back. The Bombers hung in there during the first quarter. The Bombers were led by Max Negron with 17 points which included five 3pt. field goals. Peter Luster and Santino Whitaker added 13 and 12 respectively. The Bombers end their season with a record of 11-14.

Aberdeen, NJ — The Bombers traveled to Matawan for a non conference contest. The Bombers beat Matawan 62-59 with a total team effort. The Bombers were led by another balanced attacked with Tino Whitaker scoring 15, Peter Luster with 14 points and Max Negron with 10. Alvin Arroyo gave the Bombers a great spark off the bench earning him the Hard Hat. The Bombers will travel to Old Bridge on Thursday, February 24.

Parlin, NJ — The Bombers got off to a hot start against Metuchen taking the lead 43-30 in the first half. The Bombers kept the lead for the remainder of the game. Jaden Hargrove led the way with 17 points, 6 assists and 3 steals. Max Negron added 14 points including four 3 point field goals. Peter Luster and Kyler Crespo added 13 and 12 points respectively. The Bombers will head to Colonia on Thursday for a 6pm start.

Their defense caused Colonia some confusion on the offensive end and the Bombers were hot from the 3 point arc. The Bombers went cold in the second half as Colonia pulled away. The Bombers look to build off the first half and put together an entire game with that high level gameplay. The Bombers were led by Peter Luster with 12 points. The Bombers took a tough loss to a good opponent and look to use this game to get some of the rust off. Jaden Hargrove led the Bombers in scoring with 12 points. Caidan Holmes added 9 points, Tino Whitaker scored 8, and Max Negron chipped in with 7. The Bombers head to the Buc Classic at Red Bank HS to take on another tough opponent in Ranney on December 27 at 2pm.
