Jonathon E and Zach C both improved on their time on the same course last year and Emerson M with her 1st race back from injury. We host the MEC Championships Tuesday on our home course.

Chillicothe, MO — Battled the heat in Chillicothe yesterday with several heat-related emergencies. Thankfully none of our runners ended up needing medical attention like others.

Maryville, MO — We had a great showing in Maryville last night. Men's team finished 4th as a team and we had 6 individual medalists: Jonathan, Emerson, Jorja, Rudy, Jackson and Grant as overall champion in the JV race.
