Iselin, NJ — Bombers advanced to the 2nd round after defeating JFK in a hard fought battle on the road. A strong 20 point 4th quarter helped extend the lead from 5 to 13 to finish off the game. Moeez Dutt lead all scorers with 16 points. Osman Alishah added 13 points scoring 7 of them in the 4th quarter. Bryce White chipped in 11 points helping the bombers to victory. Next round will be at number 1 seed St Thomas Aquinas on February 9th at 4pm

Sayreville battles back but falls to North Brunswick
North Brunswick, NJ — Sayreville cut a double digit lead to 3 heading into the half with tough hard nosed basketball. The Bombers ran out of gas and fell to a tough North Brunswick team by the score of 68-55. Sayreville was lead by Freshman Sam Jones with 22 points and Freshman Chidi Chukwurah with 10 points. Chukwurah earned the Blue Collar Hard Hat Award for the second game in a row with his toughness and effort. Chidi battle much bigger players but never backed down.The Bombers will travel to the top team in the division South Plainfield on Tuesday, January 10.
