Ellie was a team leader on several fronts today. She kept Julianna pumped up and other team members. Her opening round win bit the head off the snake and the other Lions doubles teams followed suit.

Ellie kept the whole team pumped up today as she carried her partner and self to 3 pretty easy wins; 6-1, 6-1, 6-3. Never a doubt!

Ellie swept doubles with Scarlett. They fought off 3 set points at 4-5 vs Stallions best duo, coming back for a 7-5 victory. Neither girl was feeling well, but they stayed in for round 3 and added their third tally of the day. Good thing they stayed the course, we needed them.

Ellie continued her doubles success from a familiar line 1 spot last year, taking 2 sets with Juliana. Great job, Ellie!

Ellie played great vs HB with a new partner. Ellie stayed at home in duece court, while Naomi slid over to the ad side. It worked!

Once again, Ellie and Jazie get down 0h-3 vs opponents line 1 team, adds grey hairs to the twins, but still manage to pull out a win! VERY pivotal in this victory as they quickly disposed of their next 2 opponents.

Ellie played excellent tennis today vs lines 2 and 3 before falling to #1 team.

Took 2 of 3 doubles sets played, narrowly missing out on hat trick, with a 4-6 loss vs OLu line 1.

Ellie and Jazmine beat two Eagles' teams today adding 2/3 of our total points, with really good doubles play. Earning MVP's again.

Ellie/Jaz recouped after round 1 loss, 0-6 , to sweep 12 straight games innext 2 sets!

Ellie is playing a side she didnt work on all summer and is adjusting well...as mentioned before, gave up only 5 games in 3 sets.!

Ellie and Jazmine took care of their required jobs of beating opponents' line 2 and 3 teams, which they did in relatively easy fashion. Good doubles teamwork and movement. They are starting to jell into a top Trinity League duo.

Ellie steppred her game up from last year, coming into this year at full tilt, exactly what we were looking for... went 2for2 today!
