Philippi, WV — The Alderson Broaddus Sprint Football team lost its opening game in CSFL play Friday Night. Tim Tillman led the offense with 254 yds passing and while Jabari Gittens led the D with 2 sacks and 3 TFL.

Philippi, WV — The Alderson Broaddus Sprint Football team defeated Bellarmine in a scrimmage Saturday Afternoon 34 -26. AB's offense moved the ball all day and was led by Sr QB Tim Tillman who threw for 213 yds and two touchdowns. Isaiah Smith led the battlers rushing the ball with 15 carries for 38 yds and 1 TD. Willie hopper also had a rushing TD. On the defensive side of the ball Zac Allison led the battlers with 11 tackles. Dylan knight and Braden Knopp both had interceptions. Special teams miscues by both teams led to a back and forth scoring drives with AB ultimately pulling away with the victory!
