Anaheim, CA — Canyon and Esperanza battled for 80 minutes and remained scoreless taking the game into a “golden goal” overtime. During the first 10 minute overtime, Senior, Maggie Cross, sent the ball in front of the goal and Junior, Kate Henderson, knocked it in with her head. An amazing goal and a great way to end Senior night! Way to go Comanches and congrats Seniors!

Santa Ana, CA — The rain did not stop one bit tonight and neither did the Comanche Women’s Varsity Soccer team! Canyon defeated Foothill 3-1. The first 2 goals were made in the first half of the game. Junior, Sydney Ervine scored the first goal with a ball sent by Sophomore, Carly Cross. The second goal was put in again by Ervine with an assist from Junior, Emily Bishay. After half time, Foothill answered back with a goal of their own. As the countdown to the end of the game was drawing near, Carly Cross scored a final goal for Canyon with a pass from Junior, Kate Henderson. Canyon wins!!!
