About Me

Coach Jacky is in her first year with the Swim & Dive Program. She is a rookie to the world of coaching but brings 17 years of experience as a swimmer. Jacky started her swimming career at the age of 5 and just recently retired from competitive swimming. In high school, Jacky was a 4-time CIF Qualifier and CIF Finalist in the 50, 100, 200, 500 freestyle. She was also a 2-time MVP and Diablo Award recipient. As a senior in high school, Jacky was a Wendy’s High School Heisman Winner. She is a recent graduate of the University of Redlands where she earned a B.S. in Environmental Science, B.A. in Public Policy with a minor in Political Science. While at U of R, Jacky was a finalist at the SCIAC Championships. As a senior Jacky helped set a pool record in the 200- medley relay. During her time at U of R, Jacky was a part of the CSCAA Scholar All-American Team (2018-2019, 2019-2020). Alongside coaching at JSerra, Jacky is an age group coach for SOCA club swim team, a Lifeguard in Laguna Woods and is a Manager at Regency Theatres. In her free time, she likes watching movies, hanging with her dog, and spending time outside
