He comes in focused and gets after it.⚡ Our Intent is to make him a COMPLETE athlete and well prepared for the Special Olympics We train mobility, Strength and Power, Speed, Conditioning and some skill work... most importantly we have fun. Brody is a competitor. He challenged me to a foot race and didn't hold back... Moments like this this are priceless. Thank you Brody for being you.
