Distance Recap: League Meet @ Oaks & Mt SAC Relays

What a great 3 days of racing we had last week. Several PRs at the league meet (which is hard to do when there is very little competition! It was mainly an NPHS time trial because OC was resting a lot of runners). And unbelievably good racing at the Mt. SAC Relays!! Although I sum up the distance side of things, special shout out to Jaden Griffn who broke his own 100m school record and the 200m school record. Our 4x400 team also won the seeded heat with a 3:17, breaking the school record (that’s a 49.25 average per runner to put it into perspective). Kaia (pole vaulter; Seeded Flight) took 2nd, and distance runners ran amazing. What a weekend to be a Panther! Made my 16-hour day on Saturday totally worth it! Let’s get to the stats:
