Apologies for the delay, unfortunately I was experiencing computer issues. Please direct any questions to Coach Jeff Hit a Thon 1. All players in the organization will be competing in the Hit a Thon. 2. There will be ways for any type of hitter to score points 3. There will be separate contests in each age division. One for most points scored in the Hit a Thon, one for most money raised, and one for highest combine total points and money raised. 4. There will also be a raffle which every donor/sponsor will be entered for every $25 they donate towards a player. We will be raffling off $600 in cash to the wining tickets that are pulled. 5. Every player in the org will also receive a gift bag with various prizes 6. Each family is responsible to raise at least $150 in sponsorship money. 7. For those of you who need more time to raise the $150, you will have until the following Saturday, 4/10 to do so. However, to be elegible for the raffle and contests by this Saturday, your money would have to be turned in by the day of the event on 4/3. 8. Sponsor sign up sheets are attached to this message. 9. If you are unable to attend the Hit a Thon, you are still responsible to obtain $150 in sponsorships. 10. If you are injured, you are still responsible to obtain $150 in sponsorships. And you are still expected to be in attendance just as you are for every game or practice, unless attending would cause further injury. 11. If you have more than one child in the organization, each player is expected to meet the minimum sponsorship amount. 12. Print out the attached Sponsor sheet to keep track of sponsors and amount donated. You will turn this in on Saturday and raffle tickets will be distributed based on the information on the sheet. 13. Feel free to post on social media Thank you, Coach Jeff
