Updated Info for March Madness/ Spring Raffle Fundraiser
Hello Everyone,
Here is an update regarding our March Madness Fundraiser…
1. The deadline for individual families on our team to turn in their participant/entry list and money to your team rep, is this Monday, 3/13 at 6pm.
2. So, our families can continue to sell entries after the selection show on Sunday (tomorrow) afternoon, 3/12, when the bracket is announced.
3. After our team reps turn the team list of participants, a link will be provided so each participant can access the site to complete the bracket. The bracket needs to be completed by Thursday morning, 3/16 at 9:15am PST.
4. As mentioned before, you can sell March Madness entries or Spring Raffle Tickets for $20ea. The first date each family will need to turn in all money for entries or raffle tickets sold is Monday, March 3/13 at 6pm ($300 minimum)
$100 is then due 10/20 from raffle tickets sold.
Then the last $100 from raffle tickets sold is due by 10/27
5. Your team rep will be reaching out to you shortly with the email address and Venmo account to send the participant list and money collected.
6. I will have breakdown of all monies collected and what the money goes to for everyone by tomorrow.
