Good afternoon,

I hope you all enjoyed a great weekend.  It is exciting to see the growth in our players week in and week out.  I hope your daughter experienced a successful weekend of softball.  If she had less than a successful weekend, today is a new day, an opportunity to get better.   And tomorrow is a new opportunity to achieve that success on the field!

I’d like to take this opportunity to discuss some organization business with everyone.

Due to some circumstances beyond everyone’s control, the uniform outfitting process has been slower than expected.  Because of multiple sizes being out of stock in the dri fit Evo Shield jerseys, we had to switch gears and have those dri fits printed locally with our printer.  Those are the black and the royal jerseys we received this weekend.

We still have our full white uniform in process which should be delivered soon.

It has been a really difficult handling these orders.  Coach Lamar being in the hospital first with pneumonia and now currently with a heart condition, has spread his softball staff a little thin and individuals who help with tasks like uniforms, are also handling the day to day softball operations within the organization.

So, I specifically ask for your patience and understanding while we get all of this handled.  If you still have a comment or complaint, I ask you to refrain from making any negative comments to team members or coaches on your staff.  Please direct all of that commentary to me, personally, and I will address the matter.

Lastly, I ask you all to continue to send prayers and well wishes for Coach Lamar and his family.  I’ve known his family for a while and I know they all have missed him very much while he has been in the hospital battling his heart condition.

Thank you all for your continued support.

Coach Jeff
