Bears win 7-3 over rival NC Hoover

Landon Thiel picked up his 3rd win of the season in relief; striking out 8 over 4 innings of work. After a sloppy first couple innings the Bears settled down and plated 6 runners over the last two innings for the win. Offensively the Polar Bears were led by Hogan Sedlock (two hits 1B/3B), Carter Mottice (two hits 1B, 2B), Eric Freetage (two hits), and Kyle Andews (two hits). The Bears are back in action Weds at home vs NC Hoover with the 1st pitch scheduled for 5pm.
