The Mustangs finished the season strong - winning 1-0 over rival Mills at Mills. The team earned a record of 4-4-1 in league play.
The Freshman finished the year with a thrilling come-from-behind battle against their crosstown rivals - the Mills Vikings. Down by as much as 20 points early in the game, the Freshmen battled back, showing the grit, hard work, and coaching they earned in a tough first year where many of their opponents showed no mercy in exploiting the young Mustangs' lack of experience.
Cap freshman forward Emma Vega scored the decisive goal in the final seconds of play to help lead Cap to a 2-1 win over Half Moon Bay ! Well done to the whole team !
There were4 lead changes throughout the dual but with 3 come from behind wins and dominating wins by Billy and Kaua we WON the PAL Bay Division Championship
