The Defense stepped up big Wednesday Night vs Hillsdale in our home opener . Our Defense generated 6 turnovers with Interceptions By Alana with 3 interceptions , Kaytlin Staff with 2 interceptions , And Nadia with 1 !

Capuchino featured many new faces getting floor time in this final scrimmage of the preseason. Simulating game-time scenarios, the Mustang cagers also gave us an early look at their promising young, low-post players.
We thank Coach Isaiah Igafo and his South City Warrior Basketball Squad for providing another opportunity for preseason growth for our Mustang Varsity Boys Basketball program. Cap gained valuable experience running their high-pressure defense and offensive sets.
The Capuchino Boys Varsity and Junior Varsity Teams showed very well in their first live scrimmage of the year. Valuable game experience was gained as both teams were able to get a good look at their entire rosters during a cooperative game simulation. We thank the Summit Shasta program for helping us prepare to travel to South San Francisco High for our first night game of the season on Thursday, November 16th at 7:00 p.m.
