We got the okay to sell baked goods and drinks Saturday. So I will be putting together a sign up genius again with what we need. Please sign up for what you can bring and/or help the night of the event.

Exclusive Raffle Basket

We want to put together two baskets for only Saturday. We will sell tickets through out the game and then at end of 3rd quarter we will raffle them off. We need parents to donate an unopened bottle of Wine or Hard Alcohol. That will be in the sign up genius as well, cause I don’t need 25 bottle of wine and Hard Alcohol 😂 to our in the basket. We will pair that with Certificates from Viva Cigars other fun things. If I could have the bottles by Wednesday night that would be great. Or I can meet you somewhere on Friday, I will be taking the day off to prep for Saturday.

Dine Out Night for Oct 7th.. I’m waiting to hear back from the Spaghetti Factory to confirm that night there. If not we will have it at Dickies. I’m hoping to hear today about spaghetti factory. But there will be a Dine Out Night that night.. Hopefully we will have the date set so we can hand out fliers at Xavier as well on Saturday.

Also I’m working on a google calendar to put out for all the dates.. I’m hoping to have it done this week, and get it out to everyone.

Thank you all for been understand about all the last min changes and add ins. I’m trying to get it all put together so it works easier this Month and November and you can plan your own lives around football 🏈 😂..
