Here is the summer strength and conditioning program for TCHS football. Some of the workouts in June can be done during practice, but some will need to be on their own. In July, it will be on their own. Players are encouraged to form “workout groups” to motivate players to workout in June and July. These workouts are for the month of June. It will be updated during the summer practices and we will have the workouts for July in a couple weeks, based on how the kids are progressing.

Our thinking is “Players who take off strength and conditioning training in June and July can also take off August through November!”
