3:00 - ST meeting
3:30 - position meetings
4:15 - practice full pads

Heard Damien had a pretty good practice yesterday as they prep to try to dethrone us. We didn’t have so much of a good day yesterday so we MUST recover and practice lights out today!!! Respect the process and be faithful in the little things!!! Under pressure, you never rise to the occasion...you always sink to the level of your training!!
