Summer Dead Period

Hello everyone!!

I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. Tomorrow we officially begin our Summer Dead Period, which is technically a time when we are not allowed to work out, lift weights, or condition. But during this time it's a little different.

So what I've decided is to give you a break from online meetings, Sugar WOD workouts, or anything else with the basketball program.

This is a time that I encourage you to spend time with your family and loved ones (that live with you). My family has planned a game night for tonight, so we're following the plan too.

Our Dead Period ends on June 15th so we'll schedule things beginning that day.

Finally, if for any reason you need to contact me or any coach please don't hesitate to do so, we're always here for you.

I have scheduled meetings with a few athletes tomorrow, we will still complete those before Dead Period.
